This small group coaching session uses the
Badminton England endorsed coaching curriculum
called Racket Pack as basis for these sessions.
The program is designed for 6 - 11yr old players who
are looking to get into badminton for the first time and
for those who have been playing infrequently,
for less than a year or any number of years without coaching.
The sessions are led by Sahar Zamanian Nejatzadeh,
Ex National Badminton female player for Iran.
Sahar started her job as a badminton coach in 2013 and
has earned a master's in Sports Coaching from the University of Chichester.
She is passionate about the contribution
she can make to growing and developing others, and
She has always enjoyed coaching for all ages and levels.
Her other Qualifications:
Badminton World Federation Level 1,
Badminton Shuttle time tutor, and
Badminton England Level 2.
She was a Badminton National Player for 12 years and
she coached in Iran as Badminton National Coach
for six years and has attended many international tournaments,
such as Badminton Asia, Asian Games, and Training Camps.
She is looking forward to pass own her wealth of knowledge
to the young players in this focused but fun Friday afternoon session.
