Middlesex County Badminton Association - Head Coach - Juniors
Middlesex County Badminton Association (MCBA) promotes the performance and play of badminton across Middlesex County which is roughly the area from the Lea Valley in the East to the Colne River to the West and the Thames to the South.
The Executive Committee of the County are now looking to recruit a Head Coach to further develop the training programme for the county’s juniors across the entire area.

The post will be on a self-employed contractual basis, in direct consultation with HM Revenue & Customs. In addition, it is expected that Christmas, half term and Summer Holiday Programmes will be set-up.
In the first place the job-holder will report to the Chair of the County Executive Committee to develop and agree the strategy for Juniors. Subsequently the job-holder will work closely with all members of the county sub-committee particularly the Chair and Treasurer.
