Playing Badminton at The Dome
The Dome welcomes bookings from groups of friends or workplace colleagues on a casual or regular basis. If you want to try out the facility or rebook contact [email protected] . Bookings start from £10.45 per hour off peak.
Alternatively, over 30 clubs and groups of friends already play at the Dome on a regular basis throughout the week. These range from competitive Badminton England registered clubs who play League matches and have 20+ members, to small groups of friends who book just one court for one hour every week. These include ‘ladies only’ clubs and also ‘night clubs’ for shift workers.

On Sunday nights we support a Group called Swerves BC. (Note: currently not running). If you play or have played in League matches then you are probably of the right standard. No coaching, turn-up and play.
If you are an adult in a group of friends and want to improve your standard of play then we have a number of Badminton England registered coaches who will coach you at the Dome either individually or on a group of your friends, and you should contact them directly. Look at the coaches’ section to get more information. If you, or your child is under 19 and is a beginner, or wants to improve, we also have specific Junior clubs, each run by Badminton England registered coaches – click here for more information on the Clubs and their days and times
Finally the Dome is the home of Middlesex County Badminton, which runs county teams in national competitions and provides county-level coaching for suitably experienced people of all ages between 9 years old and 70+ years old. So if you think you are (or could soon be) of the right level – please look at the County pages on the website.
