Before Booking a Court, Please Note
FOR THOSE NEW TO COURT BOOKINGS:
1. To be able book a court you (or one of your group) needs to be a member.
Once registration is complete and on of our staff approves
your membership - usually within the last 24 hours -
you will be able to book courts on www.domebooking.co.uk
but you may also turn up and pay for the court in person!
(*please note the Dome is only open according to
bookings logged on the system, please check
the calendar before your visit. Thank you!)
2. When booking a court on domebooking.co.uk:
after selecting your preferred time slot and court,
remember to click on CHECKOUT to make a payment.

3. If members wish to book courts outside of the normal opening times, please contact the Dome via: [email protected]
4. Cancellations
No cancellations are accepted within 7 days for casual bookings.
Within the cancellation period you may cancel without refund
One month cancellation period applied to regular quarterly bookings.
No refunds will be given – credits only if within cancellation terms.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. "Access denied"
Please ignore this error message in the rare event that you see it
once you submit login details, and as long as you see your name in the
top right corner, you are signed in.
Click the drop down menu Diary,
then Calendar!
IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A QUARTERLY BOOKING/ START A CLUB/GROUP:
Please note, you need to contact administration
at [email protected] .
Admin will set up the payment and register your club/group on the system for you.
As of now, it is not possible to make a quarterly booking or
to set up your own club from within your personal dome account.
