Please find the agenda and below that all nominations as well as proxy voting form (xls or doc version), all nominations and proxy forms are available at the Dome also, and a ballot box.
Agenda for the 2nd General Meeting of the Middlesex Badminton Dome to be held on Thursday 17th November @7.30pm at the Dome
(unless too many people intend to attend in which case it will be held off-site – not currently anticipated)
- Introductions by Chair (DK)
- Headcount/names of committee members (plus list taken at door)
- Apologies for absence (by committee members)
- Voting takes place for new committee and results are announced
- Current committee stands down
- New committee takes their place
- New committee selects Vice-Chair from among new committee members
- Discuss proposals (if any) for changes to fee structure
- Any Other Business
- Chair to thank the outgoing Committee and offer to facilitate liaisons between old and new during handover period - (Maybe six months? three months?)
- Set date and location for next committee meeting
